The best voice on Australian Idol won – good on ya… Casey.
You all know that the Australian Idol I fell in love with was Chanel – but alas she didn’t make it through, so I had to pin my hopes on a great singer instead. Already bought my copy of the basically bland song that she somehow manages to put such feeling into and make sound much better than it really is.

Oh JOE ! Casie is not going to last. As for admiting to purchasing the single... I could never admit to that.. LMFFAO
Well at 16 she has possibly already achieved more than many would in a lifetime, so even if she fizzles out within the year, she is at least given it a go. If only more 16 years olds had that motivation. I wish her well following here dreams and as long as I’m enjoying the sound of her voice I will do like I do with other artists and spend my money on them. It is now up to Sony-BMG to support her fully during her development and growth, there responsibility in my mind for the money they make out of the Idol Machine.
She may well not make it for long in the pop world with its fickle buyers interested only in scrawny squawkers, but there is definitely a singing career for a person with a voice like hers. Lets just see what her first personal album is like away from the commitments to singing the Idol dross.
