What have you planned for the courtyard as you mentioned you're unable to plant any garden close to the house ? Looks fantastic-great work boys :)
Wont stiletto guy be jealous ..such imminent opulence...me thinks a tranquil pool with Japanese CARP (RED, BLK AND WHITE) GOLD FISH and a water feature with the hollow drip water and some miniature Black bamboo(supplied by MOI)..and of course the obligatory manicured stones,pebbles of Jaapnese Garden...all the better to sushi and sashemi and saki...hiccup..oops!
