5 reasons why I don't like mobile phones

1. They make your ear go hot, and your brain go icky
2. The ringtones have become so loud now, they are more deafening than a Metallica concert. In fact, you can download a Metallica concert as an actual ringtone (well, maybe a Kylie concert then)
3. One of my students phones always rings on my courses at work. Really loudly. And they take ages to answer it.
4. 99% of people I have phoned on mobile phones do not answer and it goes straight onto voicemail. They say they can't hear them (even with the loud ringtones?) / have run out of batteries (playing those loud ringtones) / are in meetings / in training courses
5. At the gym today, I got onto a machine, adjusted it, set the weight THEN someone else came over and said they were in the middle of using it. I said ok and got off, but then he said he was waiting for his mate to finish who was on his mobile phone. So we all had to wait.
