Road Sign
There is a road sign on Williamstown Road that says:
NO ROAD MARKINGS
NO OVERTAKING
UNLESS SAFE
Does this mean that if there are road markings, you can overtake even if it is not safe?

Seems you can overtake in dangerous situations ONLY if you know who sang "Pennies From Heaven" in 1875...or are still alive to tell the tale :S
