Massage : Questionnaire
Ok, we're back from our massage. When we got there we were given a questionnaire to fill in, asking about skin & hair type, how long you sleep for, what words describe you, etc. that puts you into a category (earth, wind, fire or gold lame)
One of us is FIRE which says "Your nature has a sharp intellectual mind. You have strong views, argue your opinions well and are very ambitious. When balanced you are independent, a great leader, focused and decisive. When out of balance - short-tempered, irritable, showing frustration and angering easily"
The other is EARTH which says "Your nature is stable and holds firmly onto beliefs. You have an excellent long-term memory. When balanced you are caring, dependable, calm and function best with a solid routine. When out of balance - sluggish, tired and resistant to change.""
Guess who matched which description.....

sluggish, tired?? I thought that I was hyper, but Joe just laffed and said no way. Funny how you can think you are one thing, but no-one else sees you like that. Note to self: must speed up
